District 1 includes the following townships: Walworth, Atlanta, Spring Creek, Riceville, White Earth, Callaway, Maple Grove, Eagle View, Sugar Bush West, and Sugar Bush East.

District 2 includes the following townships: Cuba, Hamden, Richwood, Holmesville, Height of Land North, Height of Land South, Lake Park (North of Highway 10 only), and Audubon (North of Highway 10 only).

District 3 includes the following townships: Lake Park (South of Highway 10 only), Audubon (South of Highway 10 only), Detroit (South of Highway 10 and West of Highway 59 only), Cormorant, Lake Eunice, and Lake View (West of Highway 59 only).

District 4 includes the following townships: Detroit (North of Highway 10 and East of Highway 59 only), Erie, Lake View (East of Highway 59 only), and Burlington.

District 5 includes the following townships: Round Lake North, Round Lake South, Forest, Pine Point, Savannah, Two Inlets, Shell Lake, Carsonville, Osage, Toad Lake, Wolf Lake, Green Valley, Silver Leaf, Evergreen, Spruce Grove, Runeburg.
